E-Safety
At Houghton School we take children's safety on the Internet very seriously. School staff are always happy to advise parents and would always encourage the use of parent filtering at a level similar to that used in school. Pupils at school are not permitted to use internet-enabled equipment unless supervised and we would recommend parents adopt the same practice at home.
To help parents and carers we have put together some sites that provide information to young people on how to stay safe while on the internet.
